In Case of Emergency(Home Country)

  • Full Amount should be made to the company before trip departure and 20% advance for the trip confirmation.
  • In case of incomplete trekking/peak climbing days due to the trekkers own problem, the amount of the money paid will not be refunded.
  • If you prefer to do additional activities (Trekking,Tour,Safari) more than itinerary, you can pay directly to the guide per day per person.
  • In case of Cancellation: Cancellation should be made 48 hours before the departure and 33% cancellation charge is approved beside tax, transportation (air/land), Permit and other fixed expenses.
  • By Booking of this trekking/ peak climbing you acknowledge that there is an element of the risk involved, Mountain Mart trek and Expedition Pvt Ltd accept no respnosibility for any illness, injury or death
  • You assume all the riskswhile travelling by air, bus, private vehicles, water craft, water gear, all medical expenses you incur including evacuation by whatever means, medical and repatriation cost are paid by you.
  • information by you of your insurance details are both true and accurate. You truly assume all risks and release Mountain Mart Trek from any responsibility
